Ranjit Lingaiah

Ranjit Lingaiah has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ranjit began their career as a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. From there, they worked at Sun Micro Systems as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of various products and added new features. Ranjit then joined Oracle as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for developing and testing automated updates. After that, they worked at PayPal as a Staff Engineer, where they developed features for the company's onboarding platform and customer-focused products. Ranjit then joined MapR Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they worked with customers in architecting and developing solutions using MapR platforms. Ranjit later transitioned to a role as Principal Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Most recently, Ranjit held the position of Senior Solutions Architect at Amazon, where they helped customers build secure, cost-effective, and scalable cloud architectures. Ranjit Lingaiah completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at Osmania University from 1982 to 1986. Ranjit later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, MCHD - MapR Certified Hadoop Developer, MapR Certified HBase Developer, Sun Certified Web Component Developer, and Sun Certified Java Programmer. Ranjit is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
