From February 2022 to November 2023, Dixita worked as a Business Development Executive at Fourth Partner Energy, managing a 23 MW portfolio for key clients including D-Mart, TCS, HUL, and Walmart, and overseeing various aspects of portfolio management. Dixita's earlier experience includes a role as a Corporate Communications Trainee at Covestro, where in-depth research on digital platforms and CSR practices was conducted. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indo-German Training Centre and a German Language degree (C1.2) from Goethe Institut Indien.
