Maan Hamdan has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. In 2015, they founded TechGenies, a global software development company that specializes in delivering custom software solutions. Maan served as a board member for TechGenies until the present.

In 2016, Hamdan became a board member for NuMinds Enrichment, an organization focused on providing innovative learning experiences. Maan also joined ENGAGE Talent as a board member in December 2016 and served until October 2019.

In 2017, Hamdan founded TrenData, a cloud-based software company that offers people analytics solutions. Maan served as a director for TrenData and continues to do so.

Hamdan's involvement in the HR industry expanded in 2019 when they became the chairman of the board for Insala, a global provider of talent development software and consulting services. Maan held this position until the present.

In 2020, Hamdan co-founded FutureSolve, an HR advisory services company that offers integrated technology solutions. Maan serves as a co-founder and advisory board member.

Additionally, in 2020, Hamdan partnered with Mindtap Marketing as a partner.

Hamdan's latest venture is as a co-founder and director of GoGenies, which started in 2021.

Furthermore, Hamdan held a board of directors position at Impact Workforce Technology from 2015 to 2022. Impact Workforce Technology specializes in developing and supporting human resource technology solutions.

Maan Hamdan completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from the American University of Beirut from 1976 to 1980. Later on, from 1984 to 1986, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
