Ajai MJ - LLB

Ajai MJ - LLB has a diverse work experience in recruitment and management roles. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Recruitment Executive at Infotech, where they conducted candidate research and qualification. From 2010 to 2012, at TAKE Solutions, they served as a Lead Technical Recruiter, managing the full recruitment process across multiple business units and training new recruiters. In 2012, Ajai worked as a Recruitment/Sales Consultant at ININE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, supporting staffing needs for clients like Nike and Pepsi. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Recruitment Operations Manager at GRMS IT Consulting. Most recently, since 2015, Ajai has been working at HexaCorp LLC as a Senior Manager, responsible for managing and developing a team of recruiters and implementing recruitment best practices.

Ajai MJ completed their education in a chronological order, starting from St. Marians Nursery School where they attended the Junior School from 1989 to 1993. Ajai then moved on to Patricks Anglo Indian School Adyar and studied Commerce as their field of study for their High School degree, which they completed from 1993 to 2001. Ajai then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Agurchand Manmull Jain College in India from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they attended LIBA B School from 2004 to 2005, where they completed a PG degree in Human Resources. Lastly, Ajai enrolled at Dr. Ambedkar Law College on Renigunta Road in Tirupati to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, which is expected to be completed from 2019 to 2022.
