Sudarsan (Joe) Devalla has extensive work experience, primarily in co-founding and operating technology companies. Sudarsan (Joe) co-founded HexaCorp LLC in 1998 and served as the Chief Operating Officer until the present. In this role, Sudarsan led large technology teams and successfully delivered projects for government, federal, state, and commercial clients in the US and Canada. Sudarsan (Joe) also played a key role in digital transformation and consulting services projects. Prior to HexaCorp, Sudarsan worked at HexaCorp LLC as the Director of Technology and Business Operations from October 1998 to January 2014. In 2016, Sudarsan co-founded CricketSocial LLC, where they currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer. Overall, Sudarsan has developed a strong track record of leadership and expertise in managing technology teams and delivering successful projects.

Sudarsan (Joe) Devalla completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commerce and Business Management at the University of Madras from 1990 to 1993. After this, they attended Kesari High School, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown.

In 1993, Sudarsan enrolled in Software Solutions Integrated and completed a Diploma in Backend Database Programming from 1993 to 1995. During this time, they also pursued an Associate's Degree in Systems Management and Programming at the National Institute of Information Technology, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993.

From 1995 to 1997, Sudarsan attended Lotus Corporation and focused on Lotus Notes & Domino Application Programming and Administration. Sudarsan (Joe) further enhanced their skills in Java/J2EE Application Development at Sun Microsystems Corporation from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, they attended the National Institute of Information Technology from 2000 to 2001 to specialize in Web Applications Development & Deployment.
