Julian F. has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Julian started their career as a Process Engineer at Brose Group in October 2016, where they worked on manufacturing technologies and winding processes. In October 2017, they joined astora GmbH & Co. KG as a Project Management Officer, responsible for handling project management tasks. In July 2018, Julian moved to Hexagon Purus as a Process Engineer, contributing their expertise in process optimization. Currently, they are employed at Hexagon Agility since June 2019 in the role of a Project and Process Engineer, utilizing their skills in project management and process improvement.

Julian F. has a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the University of Kassel, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at Hochschule Fulda from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Julian has obtained several certifications. Julian received a certificate in Speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung (SPS) / PLC from ILS Institut für Lernsysteme in February 2022. Julian also holds a certification in MTM-UAS from MTM ASSOCIATION e. V., earned in July 2020. Julian has acquired expertise in Digital Manufacturing & Design through a certification from The State University of New York in June 2020. Julian obtained a certificate in MTM-1 Base from MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. in April 2020. Julian also holds Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Technische Universität München, acquired in March 2020. Julian'scertifications also include Six Sigma and Lean: Quantitative Tools for Quality and Productivity from TUM, obtained in December 2019.
