Jon Erik Engeset is the current CEO and President of Hexagon Composites. Jon has previously held various high-level positions at other companies, such as Executive Vice President of Marine at Rolls-Royce, and Founder & Partner at Vineta Sp. z o.o. Jon Erik Engeset has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and has been with Hexagon Composites for over six years.

Jon Erik Engeset has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), as well as a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and Business Administration from the same school.
