Ernesto Poleo

Ernesto Poleo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both the hospitality and design sectors. Currently serving as a Server at Hexagon Restaurant since August 2020, Ernesto previously held a position as a UX Designer at LetsStopAIDS from February 2022 to July 2023 and also worked as a Server at Amica Senior Lifestyles from December 2019 to August 2020. Ernesto's educational journey includes pursuing a Creative Strategy degree at Miami Ad School Toronto from January 2024 to March 2025, a Design Thinking Course at BrainStation in early 2022, a UX Design Certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies during 2020-2021, a Computer Science course at The App Brewery from 2019 to 2020, and a Professional degree in Gastronomy from UADE (2016-2018). Ernesto also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela, completed between 2012 and 2016.
