Michael Valcicak

Michael Valcicak is a Cyber Security Engineer at Hexagon US Federal since February 2022, responsible for conducting monthly Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans and managing patch cycles for Azure cloud Army infrastructure. Previously, Michael held roles as an AWS Data Center Technician at Amazon and as Executive Shop Manager at Tiny Little Tech Shop, overseeing technical support and IT services. Early experience includes positions as a Benefits Coordinator Technical at Aflac and Customer Service Representative at Availity, focusing on support for medical providers and insurance companies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Technology with a minor in Marketing from Jacksonville University and completed college preparatory studies at Gonzaga College High School.
