Johanne Miller is a skilled Senior Web Operations and UX Specialist at NRECA since January 2023, with extensive experience in user experience and design strategies. As a self-employed UX Strategist, Johanne collaborates with organizations to enhance user experiences using design thinking methodologies and conducts comprehensive stakeholder and user interviews. Additionally, Johanne co-founded the DC chapter of Hexagon UX as Chapter Manager, focusing on empowering women and non-binary individuals in tech. As a Content Writer for UX Collective, Johanne shares insights on UX processes globally. Previous roles include UX Designer at Caribou, where project work improved task efficiencies and addressed accessibility issues, and UX Designer and Project Manager at PearlLumi Creative, managing agile projects and client interactions. Earlier experience as a Lead Teacher at Chesterbrook UMC Preschool and Aftercare involved planning and coordinating educational activities for young children. Johanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from De La Salle University.
