Andreea L. is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and embedded systems development. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Hexagon AB since April 2025, Andreea previously held multiple roles at Auterion, including Engineering Team Lead for BSP, Senior Software Engineer, and Linux Software Engineer from March 2022 to March 2025. At Fixposition, from February 2019 to September 2021, Andreea specialized in developing embedded Linux software for positioning sensors used in drones and autonomous vehicles. Earlier experiences include a Research Internship at The University of Glasgow focused on scalability and fault-tolerance of the Robot Operating System, and a role as a Computing Science Laboratory Demonstrator at the same institution. Additionally, Andreea gained foundational experience as a Technology Summer Intern at J.P. Morgan. Andreea holds a Master’s Degree in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zürich and a First Class Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
