Ben Lambert

Ben Lambert currently serves as a Product Line Manager at Hexatronic, focusing on the US fiber optics product line by integrating customer insights with market research to enhance product development. Previously, Lambert held the position of Product Manager at CommScope, managing a $100M P&L and developing solutions-based product families. Prior experience includes serving as a Supply Chain Manager at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., overseeing a large team and extensive warehouse operations. Lambert's military background as a Company Commander and Battalion Staff Officer in the US Army involved leadership of significant personnel in combat environments and logistical planning. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
