Mark H. Shay

Mark H. Shay, CFA, is a Senior Partner at Accendo Capital, where they focus on activist equity investment in Northern European small cap companies. They serve on the Board of Directors for both Hexatronic Group AB and Modelon, and have held various leadership roles including Chairman of the Board at Impact Coatings AB and Doro AB. Mark has extensive experience in project management and IT systems from their tenure as a Manager at Accenture. They hold an MBA in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University. Mark also engages in academia through guest lectures at several universities.
