Hitesh Singh Rawat began their career in 2019 as a Marketing Trainee at ThinkNEXT Technologies. In 2021, they moved to Grolier International Private Limited as an Educational Consultant. Currently, they are an Associate Business Consultant at Hexaview Technologies Inc. since 2022.

Hitesh Singh Rawat completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Beehive College of Management & Technology in 2020, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, International business and Financial Services. Hitesh Singh then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from IMS UNISON UNIVERSITY, majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In January 2022, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma.
