Shashi Jha

Shashi Jha has four years of work experience. In 2023, they started working as a Business Development Executive at Hexaview Technologies Inc. where they were responsible for identifying opportunities, creating solutions, and presenting them as business cases to key stakeholders. They also mapped processes and identified non-value-add steps to create lean and agile processes for the customer. In 2022, they started working as a Data Science at AlmaBetter and as a Data Scientist Intern at Digital Fueled IT Pvt. Ltd., working on solving real-world problems and building scalable and efficient solutions for client projects. In 2020, they started working as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix. In this role, they were responsible for resolving 20-25 daily WHJR Teacher's queries using the Zendesk Chatbot platform and CRM, helping the White Hat JR Client by providing email, slot booking, and inbound support for lead generation and lead conversion, and creating reports for the internal team.

Shashi Jha completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical Engineering from B.P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology from 2015 to 2019. Since then, Shashi has obtained several certifications, including AWS Essential Training for Architects from LinkedIn in August 2022, Azure Data Scientist Associate from Microsoft in August 2022, Git Essential Training: The Basics from LinkedIn in August 2022, Full Stack Data Science from iNeuron.ai in July 2022, AIOPS from iNeuron.ai in June 2022, Jenkins from iNeuron.ai in June 2022, Python Basic from HackerRank in May 2022, and SQL Basics from HackerRank in May 2022. Shashi is also currently pursuing an MLPOS certification from iNeuron.ai.
