Aditya Jayaraman

Aditya (adi) Jayaraman currently serves as the Country Head for India Markets at Hexaware Technologies, a role held since November 2025. Previously, Aditya advised at Prismforce in 2025, enhancing the AI-powered talent supply chain for tech services. Aditya co-founded Co-Builder in 2023, focusing on accelerating seed-stage GenAI startups. From 2020 to 2023, Aditya was the Head of Presales Engineering and Solutions Architecture for AWS's Hitech vertical, driving technology strategy and business outcomes. Aditya’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at ThoughtSpot, Tata Communications, VSNL International, and Tata Consultancy Services, with a strong emphasis on business development, solutions architecture, and market growth. Aditya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and is a CFA charterholder.
