Ajay Joshi

Ajay Joshi is a seasoned finance leader with over two decades of expertise in M&A, Investor Relations, Strategy, FP&A, and Business Finance, particularly within the IT, ITES, and Technology sectors. They have demonstrated leadership across the full investment value chain, including cross-border transactions and business sell-offs. Previously, Ajay held prominent positions at organizations such as Black Box Limited, Essar Group, and Inspira Enterprise. Currently, Ajay serves as Head of Finance for the Cloud, Data & AI Service Line at Hexaware Technologies while pursuing an MMS in Finance and a CFA Level III certification from the University of Mumbai and CFA Institute, USA, respectively.
