Alberto Galvan is an experienced automation engineer and test analyst with a robust background in IT and systems engineering. Currently at Hexaware Technologies since June 2016, Alberto has focused on automation and testing processes. Prior to this role, Alberto spent four years at Infosys, progressing from a systems engineer trainee to a senior systems engineer, where responsibilities included managing SLA resolution times and supporting production processes for major clients. Alberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned between September 2007 and May 2012.
