Alekhya Sachu

Alekhya Sachu is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Business Analytics at the International School of Business & Media. Previously, Alekhya graduated with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and worked as an Associate Systems Engineer at IBM for 1.5 years. Additionally, Alekhya has gained experience as a Senior Executive in HRBP and HR CoE at Hexaware Technologies, contributing to various people initiatives and enhancing organizational performance. Alekhya has also served in roles such as a Coding Instructor and an HRBP Intern while actively creating content as a self-employed YouTuber.
