Augustine Kuthokathen has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of HR for Europe, APAC, and South Africa at Hexaware Technologies since February 2001. Previous roles at Hexaware include Vice President and Associate Vice President, focusing on HR leadership across Europe and APAC. Augustine's career began at Datamatics Technologies Limited as Assistant Manager in Human Resources from 1997 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calicut.
