Damian Jordan

Damian Jordan has held various leadership roles in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of EU Insurance Transformation & Delivery at Hexaware Technologies since July 2020. Prior to this, Damian worked at LV= for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included improving service delivery and change management as CIO Director of Group IT Systems and enhancing operational performance in the claims management area. Earlier experience includes positions at Accenture, where management of development and maintenance services for ACE Insurance was key, as well as roles at RSA as an Application Developer. Damian holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from The Open University.
