Devendra Kumar is a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Manager and Talent Strategist with over 15 years of experience in global talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at Vanguard India, Devendra previously held positions at companies such as Cognizant, where they led high-volume recruitment efforts and mentored a team of recruiters, and at LTIMindtree, where they excelled as a Recruiting Lead. Devendra earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Maths from the University of Allahabad.
