Devi Santhanam

Devi Santhanam is currently a Manager of Learning and Development at Hexaware Technologies, where they oversee external training and vendor interactions. With prior experience as an Executive and Deputy Manager in the same company, Devi has effectively developed and managed training systems throughout their career. They also held a position as an Associate in Training Operations at Coalesce Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they coordinated training logistics and maintained evaluation processes. Devi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University and J.N.N Institute of Engineering.
