Erica K. currently serves as Sr. Manager, HR for North America at Hexaware Technologies, focusing on rehire and rebadge transformation, employee engagement, and change management since September 2021. Previously, Erica K. worked at Birlasoft as Human Resources Manager for North America from May 2010 to September 2021, where responsibilities included partnering with the Global Executive Team, implementing employee engagement programs, and supporting harmonization during mergers and acquisitions. Erica K. initially held roles as HR Coordinator and HR Assistant at Health Systems in early 2010 and demonstrated leadership in various capacities within children's services at Kaplen JCC on the Palisades from 2002 to 2009.
