Erik Haug

Erik Haug is a purpose-driven innovation leader and AI strategist currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic AI Partnerships at Hexaware, where they build a global ecosystem of values-aligned allies. As the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of LIGHT CoCreative since 2019, Erik focuses on accelerating beneficial technology and Human-AI alignment. They have previously worked as a Co-Founder and CEO at Rende, and held key positions at fact0ry, Growers First, and XS Energy Drinks. Additionally, Erik is a founding member of ProFound, promoting disability inclusion, and teaches guided meditation at Unplug Meditation. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at The George Washington University.
