Ernie Cambareri

Ernie Cambareri serves as the Vice President and Workday Global Practice Head at Hexaware Technologies since July 2023. Prior to this role, Cambareri was with Alight Solutions from 2003 to 2022, where achievements included leading the global Workday and Oracle practice, which grew to over 1,800 professionals and generated approximately $250 million in annual revenue from over 500 clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Cambareri initiated the Workday Application Management Services practice, resulting in over $100 million in annual revenue while serving 300 clients. Additional roles at Alight included leadership in PeopleSoft technology operations and IT service delivery. Earlier experience at IBM as a Principal Consultant focused on large-scale PeopleSoft implementations. Cambareri holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
