Kapil Modi

Kapil Modi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at The Carlyle Group since March 2008, progressing through roles from Analyst to Managing Director and Partner. In addition to this, Kapil serves as a Non-Executive Director for multiple organizations, including Hexaware Technologies, PNB Housing Finance Limited, and Nxtra Data Ltd. Notably, Kapil was an investor in Townscript during its initial fundraising phase, leading to a profitable exit. Prior experience includes a summer associate position at Lehman Brothers and an internship at Inria Research Group in France. Kapil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master's Degree in Business Law from National Law School of India University, and a CFA designation, alongside a B.
