Mehraz Parakh

Mehraz Parakh is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President and Head of Middle East and Africa at Hexaware Technologies, overseeing the growth of IT Services and BPO business in the region since November 2023. Additionally, Mehraz is an Advisor to the Board at Seed Group. Previously, from March 2016 to October 2023, Mehraz held the role of Senior Director and Client Partner at Cognizant, managing the non-BFSI business in the Middle East and leading the Digital Practice for the region. Prior experience includes positions at Tech Mahindra, where Mehraz advanced through various roles, including AVP of Digital Enterprise Services and involvement in strategic leadership programs. Earlier career roles include CRM Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services and Dealer Account Manager at Tata Motors. Mehraz holds a degree in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and completed a program on Digital Disruption at Singularity University.
