Naveen kohli

Naveen Kohli has extensive experience in network management and support, beginning as a Service Desk Specialist at Orange from July 2015 to February 2016, where responsibilities included troubleshooting networks and ensuring service uptime. From February 2016 to December 2020, Naveen served as a Team Manager for Global Capacity and Availability Management at BT, focusing on meeting SLA and RFT standards and managing escalations. Prior to this, Naveen was a Senior Network Engineer at Sify Technologies Limited from December 2011 to July 2015, overseeing proactive monitoring of corporate links and enhancing incident management processes. Following tenure at HCL Technologies as an Associate Consultant from December 2020 to April 2023, Naveen is currently employed as a Consultant at Hexaware Technologies. Naveen holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations from Jaipur National University, obtained between 2016 and 2018.
