Nick Joannidi

Nick Joannidi currently holds the position of AVP, Engineering at Hexaware Technologies since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nick served as Senior Director of Engineering at Mobiquity Inc. from August 2015 to October 2024, where significant achievements included growing a high-performing globally distributed engineering organization and fostering a culture of innovation while ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering deliverables in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, Systems Engineering, and Release Engineering. Previous roles at Mobiquity included Director of Engineering, Sr. Manager of Conversational Technology, and Manager of Technical Operations, in which Nick honed skills in managing large engineering teams, refining SDLC processes, and implementing DevOps practices. Nick also has extensive experience as a lead and contract web developer across various companies, demonstrating a strong background in full-stack development and engineering management.
