Nidhi Alexander

Nidhi Alexander is the Chief Marketing Officer at Hexaware Tech. Nidhi has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications.

Nidhi started their career as a Producer/Radio Jockey at TRANSWORLD Radio in 1997. Nidhi then moved to Star India in 1999 as an Associate Producer for Network News and Current Affairs. In 2003, Nidhi joined Infosys as the Global Head of Academic Relations and InStep. Nidhi was responsible for building brand capital for Infosys and its internship program InStep at leading universities from around the world. Nidhi then took on the role of Global Analyst Relations Leader at Infosys in 2010 and managed analyst relations globally across multiple portfolios.

In 2013, Nidhi left Infosys to join Polaris Financial Technology as the AVP of Marketing where they managed marketing for the Insurance practice globally. Nidhi then joined Mindtree in 2015 as the Vice President, Global Head of Analyst and Advisor Relations. In this role, they managed market influencer relationships globally.

Nidhi has been with Hexaware Tech since December 2019 as the Chief Marketing Officer.

Nidhi Alexander has a degree in English Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and a BA in English from Jesus and Mary College. Nidhi has worked in marketing, advertising, public relations, branding, layout and design.
