Rahul Shukla

Rahul Shukla is an IT professional with extensive experience in service management and incident management. Currently serving as an ITSM Track Associate Specialist at Hexaware Technologies since July 2022, Rahul previously held the position of Incident Manager at HCL Technologies from December 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, Rahul worked at Wipro Infotech as a Team Lead from October 2013 to December 2019. Educationally, Rahul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Annamalai University, obtained between May 2015 and May 2017, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University School of Management Studies, GGSIPU, completed in 2013.
