Reena Novero

Reena Novero is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Hexaware Technologies since 2021. They have held various leadership roles, including Operations Manager positions at dnata, TaskUs, and Sitel, along with experience as a Senior Team Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Reena began their career in customer service, rising from a Customer Service Representative to Team Leader between 2007 and 2011. They hold a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Governance from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
