Renald Abel is currently the Head of the System Technology Group at Hexaware, bringing over 26 years of experience in the IT and ITES industry. Renald has a proven track record in leading technology-enabled initiatives, establishing IT direction, and managing diverse teams to drive global transformations. Formerly, they held positions such as Vice President at Citi and General Manager at HCL Technologies, and they also served as Director at athenahealth. Renald holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both from Madurai Kamaraj University.
