Reshma K. is a law graduate with a decade of experience in the HR domain, encompassing both academic and corporate environments. Reshma has held various roles, including Human Resource Business Partner at CELLBELL and Senior Officer HRBP at Hexaware Technologies, where their expertise includes talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Previously, Reshma contributed as a lecturer and assistant professor in multiple institutions, teaching HR and law. Currently, Reshma is pursuing postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and is enrolled in a PGDBA program at Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
