Ruby Julia is a certified corporate trainer and facilitator with a background in psychology, marketing, human resources, and user experience. Currently serving as the Lead Trainer for Talent Engagement and Development at Hexaware Technologies, they have also held roles in talent acquisition and training at various organizations, including PVR Limited and Subham-de-Labs®. Ruby holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and is pursuing an MBA. Their diverse experience and passion for personal growth contribute to their effectiveness in creating engaging training experiences.
