Rushikesh Sawant is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user interface and experience design. Currently serving as Lead Designer at Hexaware Technologies since August 2019, Rushikesh conducts user research, creates user-centric designs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Prior to this role, Rushikesh held positions as Lead Designer and Senior Designer at TECHVED Consulting from October 2016 to August 2019 and as Senior User Interface Designer at Envi Salon & Spa from September 2015 to October 2016. Rushikesh began a career as a Graphic Web Designer before earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Vidyalankar Institute Of Technology (2007-2011) and an HSC in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand College of Arts Science & Commerce (2006-2007).
