Thandilath Vasishna possesses over a decade of progressive experience in IT recruitment and account management. Currently serving as a Manager for US IT Recruitment at Hexaware Technologies since May 2021, Thandilath is responsible for technical recruitment, managing KPIs, and developing talent pipelines, while also overseeing business relations and various HR aspects. Previously, Thandilath held the position of Account Manager at IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd, focusing on client relationship management and business development. Thandilath's earlier roles include Associate Manager and Sr. Executive in Talent Acquisition at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment processes and maintaining sourcing partner relationships, as well as serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Amtex Systems Inc. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science was obtained from MNR Degree College.
