Vijay Gupta has over nine years of experience in incident management and technical support. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist at Hexaware Technologies since July 2024, Vijay previously worked as an Incident Management Team Lead at Capgemini from June 2022 to July 2024, and as a Request & Incident Manager at Atos from March 2015 to June 2022, where key responsibilities included managing the incident lifecycle, monitoring, reporting, coordinating with technical teams for incident resolution, and managing KPIs.
