Adrienne Garland is a VP of Global Talent, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Hexcel Corporation, where Adrienne is responsible for creating and implementing global talent strategies and programs. Prior to this role, Adrienne held leadership positions at Sema4, IBM, Avon International USA, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., THE LEUKEMIA & LYMPHOMA SOCIETY, and Morgan Stanley. Adrienne holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Baruch College. Adrienne's expertise lies in talent development, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, and overall company culture.
