Marsha Silvera

Marsha Silvera is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in supporting top-level executives across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO, and President at Hexcel Corporation since October 2021, Marsha has previously held similar roles at Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of New York, Inc. and Mynd Spa & Salon. In addition, Marsha has experience in communications as a Senior Communications Coordinator at Bayer HealthCare and as an Executive Assistant at Time Warner Inc.
