Ross Haywood is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Manager of DevOps for Core Services at Hexcel Corporation since October 2025. Prior to this, Ross held the position of Manager of Cloud Engineering at Howdens from May 2023 to October 2025. At Citrix, from July 2013 to May 2023, Ross was instrumental as the Head of Engineering Infrastructure & Cloud Labs, where a new vision for lab infrastructure was executed, transitioning from data centers to the cloud and restructuring the financial model. Additional roles at Citrix included Manager II for Virtual Engineering Workspaces & RTST, where Ross focused on enhancing user experience and security, and Manager for Global Labs & Infrastructure Readiness. Ross began a career at Sony as part of the Product Training & Marketing team from December 2007 to May 2009. Ross earned a degree in Internet & Cloud Technology with first-class honors from Anglia Ruskin University from 2009 to 2013.
