Guilherme Nunes has a long and varied work experience. Guilherme began their career in 2009 as a Machinery Engineer at Edifer. In 2010, they joined Galp Energia as a Procurement Engineer and Trainee. In 2014, they moved to Technip as a Subsea Project Engineer, where they went on offshore campaigns to make projects happen in loco. In 2016, they took a Career Hiatus. In 2018, they joined HEXICON AB as a Project Manager. In 2019, they moved to MunmuBaram as a Package Manager - Offshore export cables and Substation. In 2021, they returned to HEXICON AB in the same role.
Guilherme Nunes began their education in 1998 at Escola Secundária Nº2 da Portela. Guilherme then went on to study Mechanical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico, graduating with a BSc in 2008. In 2007, they began an MSc in Mechanical Engineering - Systems and Robotics at Instituto Superior Técnico, which they completed in 2009. In 2013, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt in Continuous and Breakthrough Improvement from Instituto Superior Técnico, as well as an Advanced Sales Techniques in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from Porto Business School. In 2018, they completed The Web Developer Bootcamp in Information Technology from Udemy Academy. In 2014, they obtained a Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training including EBS (BOSIET) from OPITO, and they also hold a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge University.
