Syamsul Ariefin

Syamsul Ariefin has a diverse work experience. Syamsul began their career as a Recruitment Staff at PT Meratus Line in 1997. Following that, they worked as the Section Head of Personnel & GA at PT DIC Astra Chemicals from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, they joined PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk as the HRD Manager until 2005. Syamsul then moved on to become the Training & Development Manager from 2006 to 2010, and later the Training Center Head from 2010 to 2013. Currently, they serve as the Training Center Division Head at PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk, handling training and development activities while formulating strategic training policies.

Syamsul Ariefin completed their education at two different institutions. From 1988 to 1991, they attended SMA 6 Surabaya, where they studied physics. Following this, they enrolled at Universitas Airlangga from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in psychology.
