Matt Kennedy

Matt Kennedy has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Matt started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1994, where they worked as a Senior Manager until 2006. In the same year, they joined Hexion Inc. as the Director of Financial Reporting and held this position until 2010. From 2010 to 2019, Matt served as the Director of Finance for Hexion Inc.'s Americas Resins and Formaldehyde division. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President Finance - Operations and finally became Vice President and Controller in May 2022.

Matt Kennedy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University, from 1990 to 1994.
