Mike Sinclair

Mike Sinclair has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Mike started their career in 1984 at Morton International, where they worked as a Quality Engineer and Project Engineer for 10 years. Mike then moved on to Akzo Nobel Coatings, where they served as a Plant Manager for five years. From 1999 to 2005, Mike worked at Hempel A/S as a VP/GM and Director of Operations. Following that, they joined Visual Comfort & Co. as an Operations Manager for a year. Mike then spent six years at Sulzer as the VP of Operations, responsible for global operational excellence and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Executive Operations at Hexion Inc. and now serves as the Director of Supply Chain, overseeing procurement, distribution, and quality assurance efforts for multiple manufacturing units across different countries.

Mike Sinclair has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Mike also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Purdue University. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Regional Lean Coach from Sulzer.
