Katherine Plewa

Katherine Plewa, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both healthcare and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Stress Management since October 2019, Katherine focuses on mitigating workplace stress and enhancing workforce resilience. In addition, Katherine co-founded and presides over the Millennials United Party, established in 2021 to address pressing issues faced by Millennials globally. Katherine's prior roles include EMG Technologist positions at Trillium Health Partners and Trillium Neurology Consultants, where responsibilities included conducting electrophysiological diagnostic tests and mentoring medical students. Katherine has contributed to various educational initiatives, developing courses on sports nutrition and presenting to biomedical students. Educational credentials include a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Toronto, alongside a Master's in Kinesiology from Western University and a Bachelor in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
