Jennifer Henry, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Commercial - New Business Opportunity at HEXPOL Compounding, where responsibilities include overseeing high-impact commercial projects and implementing project management methodologies to enhance business objectives. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, including Technical Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, focusing on embedded software integration and sustainability reporting. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager and Program Coordinator at Meggitt, where Jennifer managed engineering development programs for aircraft systems, and engineering roles at Goodyear.
