Heather Varona

Heather Varona (Dooley) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather started their career in 2012 as the Junior Varsity Girls Soccer Head Coach at American Heritage school. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Kindergarten Teaching Assistant at American Heritage School. Later, from 2015 to 2016, they joined Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits as an Inside Sales Consultant for both Independent and National Accounts, managing a large portfolio of clients and generating substantial revenue. In 2017, Heather joined Hexure, where they held various roles including Sales Support and Sales Support Team Lead, responsible for generating new business and preparing reports. Heather then progressed into a leadership position as the Business Development, Team Lead and later became the Manager of Business Development. Currently, they are serving as the VP, Mid-Market Account Executive at Hexure.

Heather Varona (Dooley) attended the University of Central Florida from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Prior to that, they attended American Heritage Schools - Broward Campus from 2002 to 2007. Heather also holds certifications in "Becoming a Thought Leader" from LinkedIn (obtained in 2023) and the Wine & Spirits Education Test (WSET) Level 2 (obtained in 2016).
