Gianina Rossi began their career in 2006 as an Internship - Administrative Assistant at Banco Macro. In 2010, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at a Law Firm (Estudio de Abogadas). In 2011, they were an ITO Svc Delivery Cons at HP Enterprise Services. In 2012, they were a Pre-sales Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Argentina. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Telecom Personal Argentina as a Strategic Alliances Analyst and a Presales Engineer. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Telefonica. In 2020, they were a Senior Associate Sales Systems Engineer at Ciena. In 2021, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer and in 2022 they were a Co-founder at Heyatlas.com.

Gianina Rossi's education history includes obtaining an "Ing. en Telecomunicaciones" degree in Ingeniera en Telecomunicaciones from Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico between 2007 and 2012. Gianina also completed a certification in IELTS from Top English Academy between 2019 and 2020. In 2021, Rossi obtained certifications in JavaScript and Web Development from Coderhouse and is currently working towards a React JS certification from the same institution. Additionally, Rossi has obtained several other certifications from CertiProf, Microsoft, and Fortinet since 2019.
